This place is famous for its pot rice: Lasung Tofu & Pot Rice Each order is cooked fresh in its own iron pot β served steaming hot and super aromatic.ππ We got the beef short rib pot rice (seriously so fragrant, tender, and delicious!).πβ€οΈ The meat was surprisingly tender with a slight bounce, topped with sesame and scallions. The rice is steamed traditionally in a lidded pot with all the ingredients β every grain absorbs the rich flavors, fluffy, soft, savory, and sweet. They also have charcoal-grilled Hanwoo beef, salt-grilled cod, grilled eel, and more!ππ Donβt miss their signature Korean soft tofu soup either!!
