Went there last weekend, and wow, a shop that's truly passionate about coffee is just amazing! ✨ This place is filled with good-looking baristas – even the customers waiting for their drinks were handsome that day, haha! 😍☕ Since I've been battling a really bad cold recently, I just ordered a regular coffee~ Their pour-over is absolutely legendary, so once I've fully recovered, I'm definitely coming back to try ALL their pour-over options and matcha series! 🥰💚 I spotted Monolith Coffee beans there – and oh my gosh, they had beans from Honglong Manor in Yunnan! 😲 Honglong Manor is super experimental with their processing methods: for example, these used Anaerobic Natural fermentation – pretty cutting-edge!! 🔬 I'm so curious – this is a must-try once my sense of taste is back!
