This place serves incredibly authentic, home-style Northeastern Chinese cuisine! 🥢✨ Every dish here feels like a warm trip back to Harbin: Old-Style Guo Bao Rou: The vinegar aroma is sharp and tangy—exactly how it should be! 🍖🔥 Sauerkraut with Pork: Sour, savory, and so comforting. Di San Xian (Stir-fried Potato, Eggplant & Pepper): Classic and flavorful. Braised Pork Bones: Rich, tender, and satisfying. Green Pepper with Dried Tofu: Simple but done right. Da La Pi (Northeastern-style wide noodles with sauce): Chewy, refreshing, and nostalgic. A couple of notes: the Cumin Chicken Frame was a bit too salty, and the Jing Jiang Rou Si (Shredded Pork with Bean Sauce) was just okay—not the standout here. As a former student in LA, this was always my go-to for Northeastern food.
