LA Olive & James | My Current Favorite 💚

A lot of Basque cheesecake spots around here don’t have that dreamy, flowing center—which is an absolute must for me! But O&J totally gets it right. 😍 Their version is pure perfection with that gorgeous, wobbly middle that just melts in your mouth! Even though my visits haven’t always been the smoothest service-wise (sometimes a bit of a wait 🕒), that doesn’t stop my cravings one bit! I keep coming back for more! ～ The cheesecake has a rich, prominent cheese flavor 🧀 and it’s absolutely delicious. The top has that beautiful caramelized color while the inside stays gloriously creamy! I wouldn’t recommend pairing it with their matcha drink though—sweet on sweet kinda messes with the vibe. 🍵❌ Next time I go, I’m getting a regular Americano to go with it. ☕️✨ That bitter contrast will be perfect!
