I booked my spot a whole month in advance and finally got to try this super popular omakase! Since I’m not a huge fan of raw fish (except uni, sweet shrimp, squid, and scallops 😉), I’ve always been hesitant about omakase. But this experience totally opened my eyes! Except for the toro in the hand roll (still not used to red fish lol), I finished every single piece. What really stood out to me was how many cooked dishes they included—I was already halfway full just from those! Perfect for my taste.
