LA Pretty Meal 🍴｜My Personal Dessert Heaven French Restaurant 🥂

Craving French food the other day, so we discovered this spot in Santa Monica — right next to Giorgio Baldi. The restaurant is small but beautifully decorated — super romantic and perfect for a date. For starters, we ordered tuna tartlets and brioche 🍞 📎 Tuna Tartlets — tiny but packed with flavor, totally addictive. 📎 Brioche — insanely fragrant! Combined with butter, it was divine — I could easily have eaten two plates. For mains, we got the baby chicken and pesto pasta. 📎 Baby Chicken — perfectly tender and juicy, with fresh, crisp snow peas 🫛 📎 Creste di Gallo with Basil Pesto — deliciously balanced sauce, not too heavy, with a lingering hint of basil.👌💕 Also tried the server’s recommendation — Panisse (fried chickpea fries) — crispy outside, fluffy inside, super flavorful! 📎 Dessert completely stole the show — they brought out a whole platter of dessert samples, and every one looked incredible! We ended up choosing the Vanilla St. Honore and a mango sorbet. 📎 Vanilla St. Honore — the cream was perfectly sweet, not cloying, with a lovely aftertaste. It had crunchy pearls for texture and an incredibly crisp base — an amazing combo.😁👍 📎 Mango Sorbet — refreshing, smooth, and not too sweet. ❕❕ The pastry here is absolutely exceptional — the bread from the starters and all the desserts were made by their pastry chef. Everything was stunning from the first bite — fragrant, rich in texture, unforgettable.
