LA Rowland Heights|Tried This Wagyu AYCE Hot Pot! 🍲✨
As working folks in LA, we don’t always have time to eat well during the week, so come the weekend — it’s time to treat ourselves! My partner and I headed to Happy Lamb Hot Pot in Rowland Heights. They’ve always been known for all-you-can-eat hot pot, and we skipped breakfast just to make the most of lunch! 😂 We went on a Saturday noon and chose the premium menu at $43.99 per person. We got the mushroom + spicy mala split pot. The premium menu includes: Australian Wagyu Wagyu brisket slices😁💕 Lamb shoulder Roasted lamb leg Brown sugar mochi All were great! The Wagyu looked fresh right away — tender with beautiful marbling. Just 5–8 seconds in the broth and the fat melts in your mouth.❤️👌 The roasted lamb leg was super fragrant, and we especially loved the brown sugar mochi — crispy outside, soft and chewy inside, served with freshly made brown sugar syrup and soybean powder. One bite and the syrup drips down… so good!👌🙌 For weekdays, Happy Lamb’s lunch is a solid deal: $27.99 from Monday to Thursday (menu at the end of the pics). Eight meat choices — meat lovers with flexible schedules should check it out! Besides the menu items, they also have a self-service station with lots of hot pot sides: greens, veggies, assorted meatballs, fish slices, mussels, tripe, and more. The hot food station even has lamb spine — all unlimited! 🥬🍢 Happy Lamb Hot Pot 📍17603 Colima Rd, City of Industry #LifeInNorthAmerica #StudyInUSA #LifeInUSA #ChineseAmericanLife #LALife #LAFood #LATravel
