🥖Baguette is a must-order. I'm not a big fan of carbs, haha, but I have to say I've never had such a crispy baguette! It's so crispy it crumbles! 🧄The garlic flavor is abundant! I actually ate two pieces! 🧀Burrata with eggplant and tomatoes At first bite, I thought it was quite unpalatable... because I only had the cheese and eggplant. It turns out that adding tomatoes is the right way to enjoy this dish. The texture and layers of flavors are rich! The more you chew, the more fragrant it becomes. 🐌Escargot has never been my thing . It doesn't suit my taste as much as oysters do. 🦆Duck Confit This dish is good but not exceptional, not as tender as the bone-in beef. But the accompanying pumpkin purée is really fragrant. On its own, it doesn't have much flavor, but when paired with mustard seeds, it perfectly balances the slight saltiness and richness of the duck. 🥩Ribeye It's incredibly large, better to share between two people! It's my first time having a steak sprinkled with scallions, haha, quite interesting.
