🍽️Tartare The beef quality is excellent, very chewy, and the seasoning is not the traditional olive oil flavor. The mayonnaise paired with lemon gives a very refreshing taste. It comes with leaf tempura, which is a very innovative combination. 🍽️Sea Bream The green apple sorbet on top is tangy and sweet, very appetizing. Below, it's paired with uni and some sashimi, with a flavor that's a mix of ranch sauce and wasabi. The aftertaste has a slight spiciness, but it's not overwhelming. Each flavor and texture is well-balanced, highly recommended! 🍽️ Scallop The overall flavor is creamy and very rich, with a sweet taste. The filling is a whole scallop meat. It's best to share this among a few people, as it can be a bit rich if eaten in large quantities. 🍽️Chicken The chicken is cooked to perfection, just to the point of being cooked through, with plenty of juices. The seasoning has a subtle curry flavor, and the sauce is slightly salty.
