LA's Surprise Birthday Restaurant--San Laurel

⭐San Laurel is a blend of Spanish/Californian cuisine, so there are plenty of Tapas, with fewer main course options, but they are all quite creative ❤️. Recommended Iberico ham is from pigs that have been raised on a diet of acorns, resulting in tender meat with a fruity flavor! It's quite impressive! The sea urchin and scallops are also good, and pairing them with white wine can enhance the taste. ⭐The main course of lamb chops is cooked to perfection with no gamey taste, melting in your mouth and very delicious. They are seasoned with spices like cumin, giving a rich and delicate flavor profile. The dessert🍰 a pistachio cake, is not overly sweet and has a slight saltiness, which was unexpected but very much enjoyed!
