As a proud stinky tofu lover, I rushed to try this new spot in Alhambra—and it did not disappoint! We ordered six dishes, ranked here by my personal favorites: 🥇 LEI JIAO EGGPLANT & CENTURY EGG – Absolutely incredible! The best version I’ve had in LA. The smoky eggplant and savory century egg blend perfectly. A must-order! 🥈 GELE MOUNTAIN CHICKEN CARTILAGE – Warning: seriously spicy! Crunchy, addictive, and packed with heat. Not for the faint of heart. 🌶️ 🥉 SEAFOOD VERMICELLI HOT POT – Vermicelli soaked in rich broth with scallops and shrimp. I devoured every strand of noodle! 4️⃣ DRY POT STINKY TOFU & PORK INTESTINE – I love both ingredients, but together they didn’t quite shine. Next time, I’ll order stinky tofu solo. 5️⃣ SHREDDED POTATOES – A bit mild compared to the bold flavors of other dishes. 6️⃣ SPICY GRILLED WHOLE FISH – Solid, but not my personal go-to. ✅ Why I’ll Be Back: Service was warm and attentive.
