Carrot served in a daikon box. Braised tuna was also delicious. ๐ŸŸ Course 3: Dashi returns With cooked tai (sea bream), bamboo shoot, and veggies. The bamboo shoot was tender and sweet โ€” tasted like corn! Broth was beautifully layered. ๐Ÿฃ Courses 4โ€“5: Sashimi One aged seafood, one classic sashimi. Bafun uni was creamy and amazing โ€” portion was generous. ๐ŸŸ Course 6: Simmered Salmon with Egg Wrap My favorite dish! Salmon rich and tender, wrapped in egg โ€” paired with dashi = pure happiness. ๐ŸŸ Course 7: Teriyaki Yellowtail with Turnip Liked the turnip more than the fish โ€” with green sauce, it was incredible. ๐Ÿง€ Course 8: Surprise off-menu dish Oyster + cheese served in a lemon ๐Ÿ‹ โ€” lemon scent was a nice touch.
