Compared to NYC yakitori spots, this place keeps it real: no frills, just pure charcoal aroma and unbelievably juicy chicken and heart skewers… so good we kept ordering more. They serve Tamanohikari sake specially brewed for yakitori. The chicken hearts are a must—graded in tiers (SS and SSS) with a limit per table. They had almost every part except “chicken oysters” and “lantern” ) that night.
