Laguna Beach Oceanview Restaurants Feels Like a Daily Routine šŸ˜‚šŸŒŠ

Just had another letdown in Laguna Beach—it’s starting to feel like a regular thing when eating at seaside spots here 🤣 //Las Brisas// šŸ“ 361 Cliff Dr, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 It’s popular on weekends—expect a wait, and valet parking is always full. But the food? Honestly not good, and way overpriced. Yes, the ocean view is beautiful, but you can get the same view sitting at the nearby park for free… so why pay here? Weekend brunch is a set menu: each person chooses one starter, one main, and one dessert, plus a shared fruit plate and cornbread for the table. The whole setup feels mass-produced and basic—not exactly what you’d call a refined brunch experience. For starters, there were four options—we tried three (except the Caesar salad). All were pretty average. The Pozole Verde was okay, but maybe it’s just because I don’t eat it often and found it somewhat interesting. My main was the Crab Omelet. Looked promising—thick eggs and lots of crab meat—but the crab was dry, overly salty, and had zero sweetness. The worst part? Raw onions not just on top, but stuffed inside the omelet too. If you’re not into raw onions, it’s a nightmare… Dessert options were flan or sorbet. The sorbet was basic, and the flan… let’s just say, even as someone who loves eggs, I couldn’t handle the eggy aftertaste. Bottom line: if you see this restaurant in Laguna Beach—run. Run far away. šŸƒā™€ļøšŸ’Ø #LosAngeles #LagunaBeach #LagunaBeachEats #LAExploration #OrangeCounty #OCEats #OrangeCountyFood #LAFood #California #BrunchFail #SeasideDining #ViewButNoTaste #FoodReview #NotRecommended #SaveYourMoney
