It might not be listed on the menu, but just show the name to the owner. The shrimp are crystal-clear, coated in a tangy, spicy Thai sauce—tender and smooth like “seafood jelly,” with zero fishiness, just layers of sweetness and spice. As a raw seafood lover, my ranking has always been: Thai-style > Chaoshan > Korean, and this plate is the peak of Thai-style raw shrimp! 🌶️🍋 🍲 Khaopoon: That red noodle soup holds its own too! The broth is rich with a mild heat, packed with ingredients like pork blood, chicken feet, and herbs… One sip of the soup, one slurp of the noodles—warming and satisfying. Want more spice?
