Had one final food run before leaving – here are 3 standout spots worth sharing: 🥇 Sol Agave – Mexican Cuisine Highly recommend this place! Great ambiance and authentic flavors. Their Butter Cake with Ice Cream is unforgettable – I even got one to-go as my "last dessert in SLC" ❤️ 📸 That’s the one in the first photo! Cake + ice cream = pure happiness ~ 🥢 Zhu Ting Ji – New Chinese Restaurant Modern decor, XL soup dumplings with decent broth (though the dipping sauce was a bit too soy-heavy). Their Golden Soup Fatty Beef is a must-order – so flavorful and perfect with rice! One quirky note: they serve tea in coffee mugs with tea bags ☕️, not a teapot. The small cup made it brew too strong… 😅 🥩 Longhorn Steakhouse A nationwide chain and one of my personal favorites!
