🍣 Restaurant: Sushi Enya 🍣 They offer two omakase options: Regular: $180 for 15 courses Premium (Pasadena exclusive): $250 for 20+ courses Of course, I went for the premium ☺️ The server asked about allergies or dislikes — I immediately said, “I LOVE uni, give me more please!” 😄 I think the chef took note — the couple next to us having the regular omakase only got 1–2 uni courses, while I got at least five — so satisfying! 🟡 Notably, all uni was Santa Barbara uni (purple sea urchin) — rich, creamy, and sweet! 🍣 Highlighted my favorite courses in the photos.
