Let’s see who in London hasn’t tried the fried Roujiamo yet!!!

This Chinese restaurant in Angel has been a long-time internet sensation! Finally got a chance to try it this time 🤤 They even have bubble tea, which totally aligns with my tastes! 🥟 He Ye braised pork bun (Roujiamo) 7.9 Burger! Truly deserves the praise!! So delicious! The menu says Roujiamo, but I think it should be Gua Bao. Either way, the outside is fried to a golden crisp, and the minced meat inside is not greasy at all, with a bit of meat juice when you bite into it. 😋 🍚 Braised pork knuckle rice 10.8‼️‼️ Only available at lunchtime, a 10-pound rice bowl that’s generously portioned! You’ll definitely be full! They have two flavors for the rice bowls, braised pork trotters & braised pork knuckle, and you can even have a mix of both! 🤤 That knuckle is so fragrant, it’s jelly-like and full of collagen! Hahaha The seasoning is good but a bit too salty for my taste, I prefer it a little sweeter. 😜 🦐 Garlic vermicelli fresh shrimp pot The portion is too big, haha!
