🚗 Let’s Try American BBQ in Buffalo! 😋

🚗 Let’s Try American BBQ in Buffalo! 😋 Here I am—driving from Toronto 🇨🇦 to Buffalo 🇺🇸 once again! This time I crossed via the Peace Bridge and set off in the afternoon, perfect for checking out this popular American BBQ spot— 【Dinosaur Bar-B-Que】 📍 301 Franklin St, Buffalo, NY 14202, United States This restaurant has several locations across New York State. The Buffalo branch is just a 10-minute drive from the Peace Bridge, making it easy to combine with a downtown city walk afterward 🏙️✨ Note their hours: closed Mondays & Tuesdays, open from 4 PM on Wednesdays & Thursdays—which is why I missed it on previous trips 😅. Lunch is only served Friday through Sunday. Touting itself as “Buffalo’s Best BBQ,” this place is located right in the Theater District 🎦—and honestly, the building looks just like a theater from the outside! Really sets the vibe. I’m not usually a huge BBQ fan, but the moment I opened the door, that smoky, savory aroma hit me… and yeah, I got a little hungry instantly! 🤤 Inside, it’s full-on American industrial-street style: graffiti walls, vintage signs, long wooden tables… super photogenic 📸. 🍽️ What We Ordered: 【COMBO PLATES】 If you want to try a bit of everything like I did, go for this! Choose 2 or 3 items from six options, plus two sides and a piece of sweet cornbread 🍞. I picked Ribs, Prime Brisket, and Chicken (dark meat), with the staff-recommended mac & cheese 🧀 and cajun corn 🌽—perfect pairing! 【CHICKEN WINGS】 Wings come in 7 flavors, with spice levels from mild to hottest 🌶️. We tried the Garlic Chipotle (lightly spicy, garlicky)—highly recommended! My favorite were the ribs, especially the cartilage parts—charred outside, tender inside, packed with smoky sauce flavor 😍. The chicken was also juicy and not dry at all. Washed it all down with a bottled Saranac Orange Cream Soda 🍊—so satisfying! 💰 Total came to around $45 including tip—great value for a hearty American meal. And honestly, it kept me full till the next morning 😂. P.S. If you love their BBQ sauce, you can buy bottles to take home! 🛒 🇨🇦 For friends driving from Toronto to Buffalo, trying out an authentic American BBQ joint like this is totally worth the trip! #LifeInNorthAmerica#NorthAmericaEats#TorontoLife#TorontoDayTrips#RestaurantRecommendation#BuffaloFood#AmericanBBQ
