Let's talk about popular and less-known museums.
Tickets and Tips for Visiting Florence's Museums 🎫 The Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery require advance booking, and you should bring the PDF received via email to exchange for tickets 15 minutes early at the venue. 🎫 This time, we purchased the Uffizi off-season pass, the UFFIZI 5-DAY PASS , which includes three museums related to the Medici family. This means that after visiting the Uffizi Gallery, you can enter the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens within five days.😍😍😍 - The off-season is from October 10th to February 20th and November 10th to December 20th. The pass costs 18€, which is quite a good deal! The peak season price is 38€, and whether to purchase it depends on individual preferences.😀😀😀 --- Some tips: - The Uffizi Gallery is a must-visit, so I won't elaborate much! Go to see works by Giotto, Botticelli, Lippi, Caravaggio, Leonardo da Vinci, Titian, Michelangelo, and more. It is the most worthwhile museum to visit, and it's best to allocate more time . The museum itself is close to the river, with a nice view, and you can conveniently admire the Ponte Vecchio. - After visiting the Uffizi Gallery, you can conveniently check out the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. During the off-season, there are really few people here, but you can still find works by various famous artists in the Pitti Palace. The Boboli Gardens are located on the hill behind the Pitti Palace. They are very beautiful in summer, but the scenery is not as good on a cloudy winter day. We just wandered around a bit, but we were still able to take some photos.❤️❤️❤️ - The Accademia Gallery is another must-visit, primarily for the David statue. The museum is much smaller than I imagined, but the various introductions and explanations are very detailed. - The Museum of the Opera del Duomo is included in the Florence Cathedral's combo ticket and was a pleasant surprise for me (it's also a great place to rest if you're tired). The museum displays various artworks related to the cathedral. The small terrace on the top floor allows you to take photos with the dome and learn how Brunelleschi designed the ingenious dome. You can also see works by Michelangelo. #Florence #Firenze #FlorenceTravel #UffiziGallery #Botticelli #Caravaggio #AccademiaGallery #David #Michelangelo #PittiPalace #BoboliGardens #Renaissance #ItalyTravel
