Li Beirut: A Highly-Rated Lebanese Restaurant Near Philadelphia
4.9/5 Score 📍 Li Beirut 619 Collings Ave, Collingswood, NJ 08107 The restaurant offers a tasting menu on weekends and à la carte options on weekdays. We visited on a Saturday evening, and overall, the experience was good, but I wouldn't say it lived up to the 4.9 rating in terms of flavor. 🥗 FATTOUSH SALAD The salad dressing is very refreshing—I loved it! 🧆 7 MEZZA Hummus / Baba Channouj / Labne / Mouhamara / Warak Enab Bel Zeit / Soujouk / Batata Harra My favorite was the Labne yogurt sauce and the Mouhamara, which is a dip made with peppers and nuts! The bread is unlimited, which is great. Warak Enab Bel Zeit, the grape leaves stuffed with rice, was something I tried for the first time but didn't quite understand how to enjoy it. Soujouk, the spicy sausage, was okay; it was decent. Batata Harra, the roasted potatoes, were delicious—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 🥩 MIXED GRILL FOR ONE The lamb chops in this dish were the best part and can also be ordered separately. 🐟 SAMKE HARRA The fish was fresh, tangy, and very refreshing, making it a great appetizer. The rice was also well-seasoned. Compared to the grilled meats, I preferred this dish. 🍰 GHAZAL BEIRUT The marshmallow and pistachio ice cream was quite nice. #GlobalFoodReviewContest #Tonight'sDinner #Philadelphia #PhiladelphiaFood #PhiladelphiaRestaurantHunting
