Light meal at Dispensa Emilia
We were shopping with friends and got hungry just in time for a meal. We started discussing what to eat and, craving something light and non-greasy, we thought of this place. It’s the perfect spot for a simple, guilt-free, and stress-free “light meal.” Even during peak meal times, it gets pretty busy. While waiting in line, a waiter will come by to take your order in advance. The restaurant has a semi-open kitchen, so you can see part of the cooking process. 👉 Parmesan Cheese Salad (Insalate Parmigiana) The salad is fresh, with eggplant🍆, tomatoes🍅, and aged cheese. Each serving includes three flatbreads. These flatbreads are incredibly fragrant❗️ They have a chewy texture👍 and you can taste the aroma of the wheat🌾 on their own. You can also cut them open and stuff them with salad for an even richer flavor. 👉 Ham Platter (Tagliere degustazione per 2 persone) This platter is designed for two people and includes Parma ham, salami, cooked ham (cotto), and some small side dishes. The main dish is a basket of bread and a basket of fried dough balls. The portion is more than enough for two people. You can also pair the platter with the salad to create your own unique flavors⭕️. 🙋 For three people 💰 €8.6 per person 📍 Via San Quirico, 165, Campi Bisenzio (second floor of I Gigli) ⏰ 11:00-16:00 / 18:00-22:30 #Italy #Florence #RestaurantReview #Food #FoodieDiary #FoodReview #FollowMe #SummerLightMeals #NotebookInspiration
