Little Gus Cafe: A Cute and Cozy Morning Spot ❤️
The first time I visited, I didn't have high expectations and didn't even take a proper photo of the food. But that day, I had one of the most satisfying breakfast tacos of my life ✨ For under $10, you get two soft wheat tortillas, wrapped around tender and fluffy scrambled eggs, mixed with crispy-on-the-outside, steamy-on-the-inside potatoes, and savory, non-greasy sausage. It won me over from the very first bite ✨ Another classic breakfast item here is the pan-fried breakfast potatoes with eggs 🥚, served with their gyros and a special cucumber sauce. It's an amazing combination. If the delightful mix of high-quality ingredients doesn't win you over, their house-made salsa will. It's not overpowering, with a delicate and refreshing flavor. You can taste the fresh tomatoes, not something mass-produced. I always mop up the last bit of sauce with a piece of bread or the edge of a tortilla. 🌶️The coffee here is very affordable and comes with free refills. The cafe opens early and stays busy until 2:30 p.m. The clientele is diverse in age. The waitress, a young lady, said she's been coming here for breakfast since high school. She loves everything about the place so much that she came to work here after graduation. 🥟A few weeks ago, on a Sunday morning, I was looking for a Chinese breakfast place that turned out to be closed. I randomly picked this place. To be honest, I was a bit hesitant standing outside. But the heartwarming food, friendly service, reasonable prices, and the charming head chef all deserve a chance. I believe this kind of mom-and-pop restaurant will touch the hearts of everyone who visits.
