Just tried Three Fold Noodles + Dumplings β a solid spot for Chinese comfort food in Little Rock! Hereβs the breakdown: π₯ Veggie Dumplings Filled with tofu and leafy greens (couldnβt quite tell which kind π ). The wrapper was a bit thicker than expected β not the most delicate, but still satisfying. π Spicy Noodles Made with machine-pressed noodles β chewy and hearty! The broth had a nice kick, and it paired well with the side of braised pork π β tender and flavorful. π₯ Crunchy Peanuts Simple but delicious β perfectly roasted and fragrant. π Sesame Balls Freshly fried, crispy on the outside, soft and sweet inside.
