Little Rock City Walk | A Business Trip Detour 🚶♀️🌞
Headed from Mississippi to Dallas, with a stop to explore Little Rock along the way. Braved the 37°C heat and sweated it out on a spontaneous city walk! 💦 Route: Started at the Old State House Museum → strolled along the riverfront → Clinton Presidential Library → looped back through downtown. 📍 Stop 1: Old State House Museum Learned about the state’s history here. Not too familiar with U.S. history, but the building itself was beautiful! 🏛️ 📍 Stop 2: Junction Bridge Loved walking on this classic iron bridge overlooking the Arkansas River. The view from above was so peaceful. 🌉 📍 Stop 3: River Market Lined with cafes and restaurants, plus a lively market inside full of local produce and handmade crafts. A real local vibe! 🥦🧺 📍 Stop 4: Clinton Presidential Library Museum entry was $12, but since I’m not super into U.S. first families, I just explored the outside. Still impressive! 📚 Every scene along the way felt like it jumped right out of an American movie—graffiti on the streets, live performances, and little kids who looked like dolls! 🎬🪆 Meals of the Day 🍽️ 🍳 Brunch: IHOP Classic American breakfast chain—pancakes were tasty but a bit too many and a tad salty for my taste. Still, a solid start! 🦞 Dinner: Red Lobster First heard about this place in Young Sheldon—remember when Dad took Missy there? Finally tried it myself. Lobster’s not cheap even here, but the vibe was cozy! 🦐 #Little Rock #CityWalk #TravelDiary #AmericanScenes #FoodieNotes 🌆🇺🇸
