Little Rock 🪨

Flew here from San Francisco with a layover in Houston—a total of 9 hours in the air. ✈️ Passed over so many mountains and cities along the way. It made me reflect again on how small we are as humans, and how strangely wonderful fate can be. I feel brighter and lighter already. Puppy’s first domestic trip was a success! 🐶 No checks at all—just brought him along. Everyone we met along the way was really friendly. ❤️ Little Rock is incredibly quiet. 9 AM on a Friday morning, and the business district had almost zero traffic noise—so peaceful. People are kind everywhere. 🙂 The folks at the office are all dog lovers 🐾, so now my pup is getting a little spoiled… and maybe a bit too proud lol. Food Reviews: Big Bad Breakfast 🍳 A local colleague brought me here. Their biscuits are special! I’ve been craving an omelet, so I ordered it two mornings in a row—so good! Not too oily, great flavor. Coffee was pretty average ☕, but the fresh-squeezed orange juice was absolutely amazing. 🍊 The funniest part? At checkout, they give customers a postcard of Clinton. 😏 Ironic much? Service was decent. Around $30 per person including tip. 👍 Recommended! Cache Restaurant 🍽️ An American restaurant by the river. Our server was a lovely lady around 60 years old. 👵 She seemed to know almost every customer—like one big family. I brought my dog and dined alone, but still felt well taken care of. I saw an older couple celebrating their anniversary—holding hands, the wife carrying a bouquet. 🌸 So beautiful. Growing old together is truly something to admire. The food was a bit salty (or maybe I just eat light), but the meat was great. Dessert came with a complimentary vanilla ice cream—my favorite! 🍦 Portions are huge—definitely too big for one person. I ordered a gin-based cocktail called “Respect the Elders” 🍸, which was sunset orange. 🌅 Perfectly balanced—not too sweet, not too strong. Great for winding down after a day’ work. Excellent service. Around $100 per person including tip. #LittleRock #FoodReview #TravelDiary #Arkansas
