Right next to Borough Market—just 1 min from the tube! IMO, everything—from ambiance to food—beats the Soho location! More spacious, better seating (though the overhead trains can be loud 🚆). This place specializes in tapas & meat, especially Iberico pork 🐖 Standout among Spanish restaurants—so flavorful & authentic! 📒 MUST-ORDER: 🦐 Prawns in Garlic – Crispy shell, garlicky goodness, super fresh! 🐖 Iberico Pork Selection – Three cuts: secreto (neck), presa (shoulder), fillet—juicy, tender, with roasted potatoes. PERFECTION 😍 🐂 Ribeye & Foie Gras – London Bridge EXCLUSIVE!
