London | Another Great Sichuan Hot Pot Place I Found 🍲

Hot pot has really taken off in London over the past couple of years. When my friends heard I hadn't tried this place yet, they were super shocked! So we quickly made a plan to check it out. 🤗 📍 Hotto Potto This place offers a wide variety of soup bases: authentic Sichuan all-beef tallow hot pot base, coconut chicken hot pot, lamb spine hot pot, and bullfrog fish hot pot. We went with the 🍅 tomato soup, which was super rich and got more fragrant the longer it simmered. You can even fish out big chunks of tomato! 🍅 🐑 Lamb Rolls are my absolute favorite. 🦐 Bamboo Puff Shrimp Sliders are also delicious. ⚪️ The tofu was surprisingly flavorful. 🐂 Oxtail is a must-try! It needs to cook for a while, so put it in early. When it reaches that gelatinous texture and a fork slides in easily, you know it's perfectly done. Every bite feels like a collagen boost, and you'll leave feeling like you've turned back the clock! 👀 🍢 They also have BBQ options, but we were too full to try them this time. Next visit for sure! 🎤 There's even an LTV (karaoke) place right downstairs! I didn't know this time, so we didn't plan for it.
