London | Brunswick House - A Beautiful Dining Experience
๐ฅ Still as stunning as ever! Everyone loved it!! Celebrated my birthday a little early this year with friends!! After two years, Iโm back at Brunswick House, the restaurant is adorned with crystal chandeliers, creating a full-on atmospheric vibe! The menu might have some changes, but we all loved it without any disappointments. Their cooking is really something special! My friend said sheโll bring her parents here when they visit, hehe ๐ ๐ฅ For starters, we ordered: ๐ณ Devilled egg (Rich in flavor, but note that itโs only half an egg per serving!) ๐ฅ Potato bread (Highly recommended! - Crispy exterior with a soft, garlicky butter ๐ง interior, itโs a flavor explosion!) ๐ฎ Raw beef (A must-try for raw beef lovers! Super aromatic!) ๐ Delica pumpkin (Flavorful, but a bit on the salty side for me), ๐ง Burrata (An interesting dish, haha) ๐พ For the main course, we had: ๐ฆ Mussel pasta (A must for mussel lovers! The texture is rich with a crispy element similar to potato chips), ๐ฎ Beef cheek (Very lean but not dry at all! Super tender), ๐ Monkfish (Rare to eat fish in the UK, but monkfish is so good! Very tender, not the dry kind of fish), ๐ฎ Cote de beef (Ribeye steak, the mustard sauce pairing is fantastic) ๐ท Pork Jowl (Pigโs cheek, this dish is visually stunning, haha, but itโs 70% fat and 30% meat, not recommended for those who donโt like fat. It comes with vegetables to wrap it in, and I love the fat! Itโs like Korean boiled pork, but with a layer of sauce) ๐ท For sides, we ordered salad (Fries! The fries are highly recommended, crispy and flavorful, you can ask for ketchup and mayonnaise. The salad ๐ฅ is also great!! Sometimes restaurant salads can be underwhelming, but this one was so good I wanted to buy the dressing, haha) ๐ฎ For dessert, we had Coconut Sorbet, Cru Chocolate (my favorite) and Hazelnut Cake ๐ฐ Average cost per person: ยฃ50-70, itโs up to you how lavish you want to go #BeautifulDining #HappyMoments #UK #BritishLife #FoodDiary #LondonDining #LondonLife #HiddenGemRestaurant #Food #London
