Boneless chicken wings stuffed with a bit of scallion, topped with melting foie gras. Just a bit on the small side 🥲. 🫛 Stir-fried French beans with shrimp paste - Beef with shrimp paste stir-fried green beans In two words, stunning. I searched for recipes like crazy after eating this. Green beans and minced beef stir-fried together, with a sweet shrimp paste added. Highly recommended! 🍜 Pho combo - Vietnamese beef triple treasure pho A huge bowl! So much portion that I added some chili sauce and fish sauce 😭. Absolutely amazing, even sharing between two people is incredibly filling. The beef was a bit dry, but the beef balls were very chewy. 🍫 Chocolate rock A must-order 😭. Indescribable texture, a bit like chocolate ice cream? But not as cold. Melts in the mouth… Paired with mint ice cream and crispy mint leaves sprinkled with powdered sugar, it’s perfect. So delicious, you have to try it. The value of a hot bowl of noodles in winter is beyond mention. Everything we ordered was a hit and a big surprise.
