London 💡 Google 4.9 Super Satisfying Traditional English Breakfast
A record of a delicious English breakfast I had in London. 🍳 I ordered the traditional English breakfast, Hackney Feast. It's definitely a top choice. Every ingredient feels thoughtfully prepared, and it's filling enough to last a whole day. It includes two soft-boiled eggs, one sausage, about four slices of bacon, half a giant beef tomato (a lot of grilled mushrooms), two huge handmade hash browns, and a bowl of signature baked beans. It sounds filling just by listing it all because the portions are really generous, and each item is unique. The hash browns, for example, completely surprised me. They're nothing like the frozen, fast-food ones – crispy and delicious. The sausage is tasty, not overly salty like some other British sausages. The bacon is perfectly cooked, just right! Even the baked beans, which I usually don't enjoy, were pretty good. If you don't like runny eggs, you can ask them to make them fully cooked. In short, this hearty meal will keep you full all day. 🍰 My friend ordered Baklava French Toast. The toasted French bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, topped with pistachio cream and crushed pistachios. It's very sweet, and my friend thought it was a bit too sugary, so she paired it with an iced matcha latte to cut through the richness. I had a strawberry smoothie, which was tangy, sweet, and very smooth. 😃 Overall, the value for money is really high. The small café gradually filled up with customers, making it a cozy spot. Fellow Londoners, you really should give it a try! 📍 215 Hackney | Cafe & Brunch #UKLife #UK #LondonFood #EnglishBreakfast #BritishCuisine #LondonEats #WeekendBrunch #FoodieLove #HackneyLondon #LondonPhotos
