Today, I went with friends to dine at the riverside restaurant Peacock London, and the view was truly spectacular. Directly opposite are Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. If you're in London and only have time to dine at one restaurant, I suggest you head to theirs, but do note that they are quite busy on weekends and require advance reservations. 🦐Crystal Shrimp Dumplings The skin is thin, and the filling is exquisite. The outer skin is soft and slightly chewy, instantly allowing you to feel the plump and elastic texture of the shrimp filling. 🐔Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce The chicken feet are first fried and then simmered until the skin and meat are very tender and melt in your mouth. The rich savory flavor of the black bean sauce, with a slight spiciness, permeates every fiber of the chicken feet, leaving a lingering taste. 🦀Imperial Seafood Dim Sum Platter There are four types of dim sum: crab and truffle dumplings, scallop and shrimp siu mai, chive and shrimp dumplings, and morel and truffle dumplings. Each has its own unique characteristics, and the visual effect is also very strong. 🥟Pan-fried Black Haired Pig Potstickers The outer skin is golden and crispy, with a crunchy ice flower pattern. The filling is made from succulent black-haired pork, which is juicy and delicious.
