London Exploration | High-end Big Ben View Restaurant 🍴
The restaurant has a perfect view of Big Ben, making it incredibly comfortable to enjoy your meal while taking in the beautiful scenery. It's a pity that it was overcast when I went; I can't even imagine how stunning it would be on a sunny sunset! The overall taste of the restaurant is light, with cooking techniques that highlight the natural flavors of the ingredients. The prices are mid-to-high range, making it perfect for dates and banquets to come and check out the beautiful views! ✨ Peking Duck A must-order signature dish, with crispy skin and well-balanced fat and lean meat. Paired with duck sauce, shredded scallions, and cucumber, it's incredibly fragrant and rich in taste. The leftover duck bones can be used to make soup, offering multiple ways to enjoy the duck! ✨ Avocado Lobster Crispy Corners Tender lobster meat paired with creamy avocado, wrapped in a crispy shell. It's very satisfying with each bite, but there are only three in a plate!!!! 😱 ✨ Grilled Lamb Shoulder The lamb is not gamey at all, very juicy, and well-seasoned with a strong grilled flavor. ✨ Lily Dance with Walnuts The fragrance of lily bulbs perfectly combines with the crispness of green bamboo shoots and walnuts, offering a refreshing and greasy-cutting experience. Each bite allows you to feel the natural freshness of the ingredients. ✨ Steamed Sea Bass with Preserved Vegetables My favorite dish, the sea bass is tender and delicious, complemented by the preserved vegetables that enhance each other's flavors. ✨ Scallop and Egg White Fried Rice Combining the delicacy of scallops and the tenderness of egg whites, this dish is full of wok aroma, with each grain of rice distinct. ✨ Braised Eggplant with Basil The eggplant is braised to perfection, flavorful but not overly oily or salty, making it a great match with rice. ✨ Osmanthus Iron Stick Yam The Osmanthus Iron Stick Yam is sweet, soft, and glutinous, with a slightly crispy skin and a sticky interior. Highly recommended! ✨ Mango Pomelo Sago Cream The Mango Pomelo Sago Cream is incredibly delicious! Made with fresh mangoes, you can taste the fruit chunks, which are especially satisfying to chew. The slight tanginess of the mangoes perfectly blends with the sweetness of the coconut milk, making it very tasty! 🍹: Virgin Pina Colada and Summer Bliss are good choices, with the former being rich in tropical flavors and the latter being more refreshing and greasy-cutting. Jessamine Peacock is a refreshing cocktail. The County $5 Shake is not recommended; it tastes like a creamy milkshake, overly sweet! #London #LondonFood #LondonNewSpot #LondonExploration #LondonViewRestaurant #LondonLife #LondonEye #BigBen #HiddenGemRestaurant #LocalFoodEndorsement #LondonFunAndDine #FollowMeToExplore #WhatToEatForDinner #MustEatInLondon
