London Japanese Cuisine | Finally Tried NIJU❗️❗️
The newly opened Japanese restaurant NIJU in Mayfair – every dish was a pleasant surprise! 1️⃣ Starters I chose a tartare and a tuna roll. The tuna roll was recommended by the staff and didn't disappoint – very fresh! The tartare had a tangy flavor that was super refreshing and perfect for starting the meal. Clean plate achieved! 🍔 2️⃣ Sushi We could choose between 7 pieces and 10 pieces. Since we ordered two main dishes, we went with the 7-piece option. Each piece of sushi had a unique seasoning and was quite fresh – nothing extraordinary but solid. 🍣 3️⃣ Main Course Highly recommend the Japanese fried chicken cutlet! The portion is huge, not greasy at all, and the meat is juicy. The accompanying sauce is really delicious, and it comes with shredded cabbage to cut through the richness. It was more than enough for two of us. The black truffle risotto was also amazing. The truffle flavor was super strong, and with the addition of butter, the whole dish was creamy and rich. The waiter even mixed it for us. The portion was generous, and we left the restaurant completely full. 🍗 Overall, NIJU is definitely worth a visit. The portions are huge, great value for money, and the service is excellent. They even help with coat storage when you arrive, and the staff is very attentive with refills. 💰 Average Spend : Around £80 per person, depending on what you order. #LondonFood #JapaneseCuisine #MyLife #LondonEats #RestaurantVisit #RecommendedRestaurant
