Blacklock Covent Garden 🍴 Voted London’s Top 1 Sunday Roast 🍖 55 Day Aged Beef Rump • Charcoal-grilled aroma, but the beef was a bit tough • Their regular steaks are recommended; the Sunday Roast was just average 🍖 28 Day Aged Lamb Leg • Exceeded expectations! • The meat was tender and not gamey, paired perfectly with Gravy 🧀 Cauliflower & Four Cheeses • Tasted good, but not particularly amazing 🍰 Dessert MVP: White Chocolate Cheesecake • Highest praise from a dessert lover: not too sweet! • The texture is like mousse, and the cookie base is in chunks, which is super fun. Eating the whole piece wasn’t overwhelming, it’s fantastic! 💡 Overall Review: • The taste is indeed good, but personally, I don’t think it’s necessary to book a month in advance ✨ Branch Recommendations: • Covent Garden branch: The most comfortable, with a family restaurant vibe • Canary Wharf branch: Easier to book, but the environment is more like a British Pub, with a strong drinking atmosphere for office workers.
