Haven't visited yet, but let's dive into their dishes haha It's all out of curiosity Hoping someone who loves this cuisine can give me some tips 🤣 Not quite sure how to order haha The waitress recommended a 🌟Summer Set Menu🌟 🥗 CELTUCE SALAD - Lettuce Salad It seems rare to find lettuce salads outside～ I've never had it before I didn't expect lettuce to be quite salty, but I really liked their homemade chili sauce The crispiness of the lettuce is also appetizing, making it a great salad 🐷 SOY BRAISED HALF HAM HOCK - Slow-Cooked Pig's Trotter The pig's trotter is generally on the drier side, but luckily it's complemented by their secret sauce I have to say, they are really good at making sauces haha I loved the pig's skin, with just the right amount of fat and the perfect level of chewiness If the lean meat could be a bit more tender, it would be even better 🍲 SOY BRAISED HALF HAM HOCK - Fish Pot Quite unexpectedly, this is my favorite dish!! I really liked the sauce made from soybeans, it's very similar to a dish I used to eat at home haha 🐔 1/2 POACHED POUSSIN - Half a Chicken The boss said that Hainanese chicken, when introduced to Singapore The one here is relatively lighter I really like the pickled pineapple on top, it's tangy and sweet, which enhances the flavor 🥬 STIR FRIED MARKET GREENS - Stir-Fried Red Amaranth The boss said it's red amaranth, but I'm not quite sure if it's the same one 🤣 I've never seen this kind of red amaranth before, maybe it's a different variety Stir-fried with their red fermented bean curd sauce, it's a bit salty at the bottom～ Some parts of the stalks are a bit tough, maybe if it's out of season, choosing a different vegetable would be better 🍌 BANANA FRITTERS - Fried Bananas We absolutely loved these 😂 They are so fragrant and crispy, I wish I could take a pack home haha 💰 Average cost per person: £40 🚇 6-minute walk from Angel Tube Station #InnateRelaxation #London #UK #LondonFood #BritishFood #AngelFoodLondon #LondonAngel
