The owner brings out the whole baked masterpiece for a show-and-tell—gorgeous presentation—then slices it up right at the table. As soon as it’s cut open, the aroma fills the room! The beef inside is beautifully colored, wrapped in a flavorful paste, and encased in an incredibly crispy pastry. One bite is pure satisfaction 😋 We’ve tried the famous Wellington at Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas—but this one wins for crispier pastry and richer flavor! Besides the Wellington, their other dishes are fantastic too: 🐔 Slow-stewed Chicken – Low-temperature roasting keeps the meat super tender while the skin stays crispy. Delicious! 🦐 Tom Yum Goong Shrimp – Authentic, fragrant tom yum soup with a strong coconut aroma—perfectly balanced, not too sour or sweet. Loaded with shrimp too! 🐷 Braised Pork Rice – Melt-in-your-mouth pork over rice, savory and rich without being greasy. 🥧 Owner-surprise egg tarts – Freshly baked, crispy crust, creamy filling, not overly sweet. A lovely dessert! They also sell raw Wellington steak to take home—comes with baking instructions 📝. Available in small and large sizes—perfect for solo diners.
