Los Angeles|DT Rooftop Bar & Restaurant Spire 73 🌆✨
Spire 73 is named after its location on the 73rd floor — the highest rooftop bar in the Western U.S.! The entire space is open-air, so when we went for dinner, it was a bit sunny (the bartender’s face was even sunburned 😅), but the views were absolutely stunning! 🍣 The menu isn’t huge, but everything feels curated. The salmon dish with pomegranate seeds was a tasty combo — reminded me of IKEA meatballs with lingonberry jam in a fun way! 🌮 The nachos came with three types of salsa — we devoured them while waiting (hungry much!). Though I personally prefer nachos loaded with meat and cheese. 🍔 The burger set was hearty and filling — we were too full for dessert! Overall, the food was excellent, and I’d definitely come back. It’s also a great spot to just relax with a drink after dinner. 🍹 Spire 73 📍 900 Wilshire Blvd, FL 73, Los Angeles, CA 90017 We had a reservation and got seated right away. Even at 6 PM on a Friday, there were plenty of open tables. Have you been to Spire 73? What’s your favorite rooftop bar in LA?
