Los Angeles｜Miyabi Uni – The Legendary Uni Bowl!!

After trying uni rice in Tokyo's Tsukiji Market last year, I’ve been dreaming about it ever since—and I finally got to satisfy that craving here in LA! 🍚 Uni Don – The staff said we got a free upgrade to all Hokkaido uni today! Creamy, sweet, and not overly rich—so happy! 🍝 Premium Uni Pasta – Also delicious, though I found it a bit rich halfway through… ended up nibbling ginger between bites 😂 🌯 Toro Uni Wrap – Highly, highly recommended!! The toro melts in your mouth, followed by the sweet freshness of uni—absolutely incredible. 🍟 Furi Furi Fries – Served in a little bag with sea urchin salt to shake up before eating—fun and tasty! 🍣 Nigiri (hotate, yellowtail, flounder, snow crab) – Pretty standard, nothing outstanding. Sadly no snapper available that day. Overall, this place is a solid choice for uni lovers!
