Ever since I had uni rice at Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market last year, I’ve been dreaming about it… and finally got to try it here in LA! 🥹💫 Uni Don!!! The staff said we got a free upgrade today—all Hokkaido uni! 🎉 It was creamy, sweet, and not overly rich… so happy! 😭❤️ Have you ever tried Hokkaido uni? Premium Uni Pasta Also really good, but I have to admit, it got a tiny bit heavy after a while. I ended up nibbling on ginger between bites of pasta lol! 🍝💦 Do you like uni pasta? Toro Uni Wrap Extremely, extremely, EXTREMELY recommended!! The toro melts in your mouth, and then the sweetness of the uni comes through… absolutely divine! 🍣✨ Have you tried this combo before? Furi Furi Fries The server brings the fries in a little bag and lets you shake them with sea urchin salt before pouring them out! 🍟🌊 Pretty fun and tasty—I finished them all! À la carte Nigiri We ordered hotate, yellowtail, flounder, and snow crab. They were solid, but nothing extraordinary—I missed having snapper! 🐟 Have a favorite nigiri type?
