Los Angeles | A Pilgrimage to the OG Viral Spot: République 🍳

Finally made my pilgrimage to République—the legendary LA brunch spot that so many of my favorite bloggers have visited! 🥞🙌 All the bread and pastries look absolutely incredible! The portions are HUGE—seriously, after sharing a few dishes, two of us were stuffed and chatting for ages. This is truly brunch in the land of giants! 🏔️🍽️ 🍄 Mushroom Toast 🍳 Open-faced sandwich with mushrooms and eggs So many fluffy eggs paired perfectly with hollandaise sauce The mushrooms were fragrant, and the bread was nice and crispy Stacked high like a little mountain—the portion is massive! Super delicious—highly recommend! 🥔 Potato Pancake 🍣 Potato pancake with smoked salmon, salmon roe, and poached eggs You can choose mild or fully cooked eggs The potato pancake was crispy when it arrived—breaking into the egg was pure magic The salmon was a bit salty, but still tasty 🍓 Strawberry Pie Who doesn’t love a strawberry tart? Flaky, buttery crust with sweet-tart juicy strawberries The filling is a mix of custard and lemon curd 🍋 Not overly sweet—refreshingly balanced and so yummy 😋 Have you been to République?
