Restaurant Name: Redbird This downtown restaurant is housed in a former church building, and the interior is incredibly spacious and charming! ✨ Its vibrant, bustling atmosphere is a big hit with the stylish crowd. 😎 The morning pastries are perfectly sweetened—not too much, just right! 🥐 The mimosa was so refreshing with its champagne bubbles! 🍾 The shrimp and grits were delicious—the shrimp were amazing, but I wish there were more than just three! A truly memorable dish. 🍤 The basque baked eggs had a wonderfully rich and savory meaty flavor. 🥚 The peach gazpacho was beautifully presented, tasting very healthy and light with a fresh, vegetal note. 🍑 Both the Latte and Americano were excellent, thanks to the aromatic coffee beans! ☕ Have you been to Redbird?
