Los Angeles | Hidden Gem for Noodles with a Touch of Home!

This little shop is bursting with the warmth of home! Even after meal times, it's still packed with people. It might look like an ordinary old restaurant when you pass by, but it's actually a hidden treasure! Although they call themselves a Korean-Chinese fusion place, the vibe is definitely more Korean. Their specialty is Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles), but when I visited, I was in the mood for seafood noodle soup, so I'll save the Jajangmyeon for next time! Speaking of which, I think the value for money here is really high... especially compared to the ramen places in my neighborhood that charge almost $20 for a small portion! 🍜 Beef Belly & Spicy Seafood Noodle This dish is incredibly flavorful and layered. The toppings are generous, with seafood and beef piled so high you can barely see the noodles! The handmade noodles are super chewy, with a satisfying bite that soaks up all the delicious broth. 🌟 Non-Spicy Seafood Noodle For those who don't like spice, this is a perfect alternative. The broth is a creamy white soup with a hint of milkiness, and it's topped with bonito flakes, which is quite unique. The bowl is filled with plenty of fresh vegetables and seafood. It's so flavorful! Highly recommended. 🍜 Fried Pork with Sweet & Sour Sauce This dish is also highly recommended by many. It's similar to crispy pork, and the sweet and sour sauce is served separately, so you can mix it in as you like. It's really tasty, and adding it to the noodle soup gives it a special flavor. 🍖 Deep Fried Meat Dumpling Korean dumplings are always big, with a super crispy outer skin and a juicy, meaty filling that bursts with flavor! They're not greasy at all, and the dipping sauce is the perfect match. 🥟 JoongHwaRu 3122 W 8th St, Los Angeles, CA 90005 #MustTryLocalFood #LosAngeles #LosAngelesLife #LosAngelesFoodie #BestNoodlesInTown #HiddenGems
