Los Angeles | Irvine's Top Korean BBQ + Raw Marinated Crab & Shrimp 🩀

When friends from across the US gather in LA for the holidays, we don’t just hunt for Chinese food—the Korean cuisine here is absolutely impressive too! This might just be Irvine’s highest-rated Korean BBQ spot đŸ„‡. The quality speaks for itself, and beyond BBQ, they also serve spicy raw crab and other Korean classics. The side dishes are incredibly generous, with constant refills and variety. It was my first time seeing raw marinated shrimp in the free side dishes! đŸ˜± 【Beef Combo for 3–4 People】 We ordered a combo for our group (you can also order Ă  la carte—they even have A5 Wagyu! 🐂). The set includes soybean paste soup and steamed egg, along with three meats: thinly sliced brisket, marinated boneless short rib, and boneless short rib. The staff grills for you—probably because the meat is too premium to trust to amateurs like us! 😅 They even ask about your preferred doneness before grilling. At first, I was worried the boneless short rib might be tough, but once cut open, the color was stunning, and the juiciness was undeniable. One bite tells you it’s worth every penny! 💯 The marinated boneless short rib was especially interesting—it’s pre-grilled, re-marinated in sauce, then grilled again. This lets the flavors soak deep into the meat, not just sit on the surface. So addictive! đŸ€€ I told the grilling server while filming: “You grill with the same vibe as Salt Bae sprinkling salt—so much ceremony! I’m gonna show everyone!” Oops
I was too busy staring at the meat and forgot to film his face 😂. 【Spicy Raw Crab】 This deserves its own spotlight! At $34, it’s packed with real, plump crab meat you can squeeze out piece by piece—check the GIF for how full it is! 🩀 The spice is noticeable but doesn’t overpower the crab’s natural sweetness. 【Spicy Cold Noodles】 A $13 lunch special with huge portions! The icy broth is the perfect palate cleanser. đŸœâ„ïž Overall, the meat is exceptional, service is smooth, and the vibe is top-tier! They even asked if we wanted to pack the leftover side dishes—how thoughtful! 😍 Throughout the meal, they kept wiping the plate clean, maintaining that elegant touch. 😌 Marble Steakhouse & Grille 6436 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, CA 92620 #100ChallengesEatery #LosAngeles #LAEats #LALife #Irvine #IrvineLife #KoreanBBQ #KBBQ
