First time trying THE RANCH Restaurant in Anaheim! Except for our table, the place was full of local guests — vibe felt like a high-end Midwest steakhouse 🍷 🥩 16 OZ. PRIME ANGUS NEW YORK STRIP Firm, juicy, beautifully marbled — each bite was aromatic and rich. Served with king trumpet mushrooms, roasted pearl onions, and red leaf mustard for a fresh, slightly spicy balance that cut through the richness perfectly. 🥩 40 OZ. HYPLAINS HERITAGE FARMS 28-DAY DRY-AGED BONE-IN NEW YORK DELMONICO A massive tomahawk steak — seriously impressive portion, easily enough for two! Charred on the outside, pink and juicy inside, with the bone-in part being the most flavorful. Came with fries (best when hot and crispy!). 🦞 LOBSTER MAC N’ CHEESE Ultra-rich and creamy — Vermont white cheddar with housemade pasta. Silky and decadent, though a few bites in and I was already feeling the richness. 🥗 HEIRLOOM BEETS A refreshing salad with beets, oranges, red grapes, watercress, and red leaf lettuce. Topped with Spanish almonds and Manchego cheese, dressed in a light orange vinaigrette — clean and layered. 🐌 CLASSIC ESCARGOT Perfectly baked snails in addictive garlic-herb butter with crispy parsley breadcrumbs. So good with the baguette for dipping! 🦪 SEARED NEW BEDFORD SEA SCALLOPS Huge scallops seared golden on the outside, tender inside.
