A restaurant I’d always wanted to try — finally checked it off the list! Overall, the flavors and presentation were solid but not mind-blowing. The vibe was relaxed and pleasant — even shorts-friendly, which was a plus 😄. 🍽️ Dish Highlights: KALUGA CAVIAR with crispy potato, crème fraîche, garden herbs 🤯🤯🤯🤯 How could this combo go wrong? NANCY'S DAY BOAT SCALLOP with heirloom squash, savory granola, scallop XO 🤯🤯🤯🤯 So big and perfectly soft in the center — truly impressive. VERMILION ROCKFISH with fennel, orange, olive, piment d’espelette 🤯🤯🤯 Thick, tender fish with a beautifully savory sauce. LIBERTY FARMS DUCK with garden turnips, chanterelle, green onion, lime 🤯🤯🤯🤯 Tender duck with rich, fragrant liver. A5 WAGYU with kintoki carrot, nettle, cabbage 🤯🤯🤯🤯 So soft, tender, and decadent — absolutely heavenly! COCONUT, HIBISCUS, RASPBERRY 🤯🤯🤯🤯 Light and refreshing — perfect to cleanse the palate.
