Los Angeles Has a Hidden Gem Izakaya That Transports You to Japan 🎏
This week, I dined with friends and discovered that a well-known ramen shop has transformed into an izakaya! 🍜 The renovation was such a pleasant surprise—it feels like you've stepped into Japan 🎏. 🌟 For starters, we ordered the king mushroom steak, which was even better than meat! The creamy flavor was out of this world—definitely a hit for mushroom lovers! We also had the sweet and succulent scallops topped with caviar and a tangy little sauce—so refreshing and delicious! 🦪 🌟 We ordered Ginza sushi and Okinawa sashimi, and the presentation was just stunning! 😍 The freshness was evident in both appearance and taste—truly impeccable. Since there was no uni or sweet shrimp (my favorites), I ordered them separately—they were incredibly fresh and sweet! 🍣 🌟 The signature fried fish, not on the menu, was a must-try! It was incredibly crispy and had a unique flavor I've never tasted before. Just look at those scallions on top—you can tell it's super fragrant! 🐟 🌟 The transformation of this old shop was a huge success! Both the interior and the menu selection were eye-opening, and the value for money is great, especially during happy hour. The hand-drawn menus inside are super cute too! ☺️ 💒 Kopan Sushi & Ramen 📍 Multiple locations; this time we visited the Alhambra branch. #Tonight'sDinner #IzakayaDelights #MyFoodieFavorites #FoodFun #CulinaryFeast #JapaneseCuisine #FoodPhotography #LosAngelesEats #LosAngelesExploration #JapaneseIzakaya
