My favorite dishes from this menu: ๐ŸŒŸ Golden Threadfin Bream Sashimi + Uni + Tosazu Jelly The uni was sweet as heaven. ๐ŸŒŸ Sesame Tofu โ€” Shunji knew Iโ€™d just returned from Kyoto and asked if it brought back memories ๐Ÿฅน. ๐ŸŒŸ Fried Whitebait + Salted Egg Yolk Wrapped Fried Fish Roe So perfect with drinks!! ๐Ÿถ ๐ŸŒŸ Monkfish Liver Pรขtรฉ + Toast โ€” took the aroma to another level. ๐ŸŒŸ Abalone Porridge โ€” tasted just like homemade Cantonese abalone congee. ๐ŸŒŸ Sardine Roll โ€” my moonlight dish ๐ŸŒ™ โ€” layers of flavor were incredible. โŒ Tamagoyaki was surprisingly dry โ€” not sure why.
