Los Angeles noodle restruant--MDK Noodles
—————— 🍴MDK Noodles Knife Cut Noodle in Chicken Broth 🍜 There's no chicken flavor at all. It seems to have pork granules on top? I was surprised when the noodles were served; the knife-cut noodles weren't particularly special, and the taste was heavily seasoned with MSG. It's the signature dish here, so I ordered it, but it was really quite average. Maybe other noodles are better. Shrimp and Pork Dumplings 🥟 Shrimp and pork double mix steamed dumplings with thin skin and generous filling. They're decent, to order. Kimchi Pancake 🫓 Kimchi pancake is quite thick and large, with a lot of kimchi used. It's decent, quite Korean in taste, but it wasn't served very hot, possibly to avoid over-frying. Kimchi 🌟 Their kimchi is homemade and indeed very delicious. It feels different from store-bought or kimchi from other Korean restaurants. It's spicy, flavorful, fresh, and not too sour. It doesn't feel like it's been sitting out for a long time. Highly recommended 🌟. Overall, the restaurant is quite spacious, but the service attitude is average. The prices are not cheap and don't feel worth it. Leftover kimchi cannot be taken home in a doggy bag; you have to buy it if you want to take it with you. It's not a place I would revisit. 📍Address: 3630 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90010, United States —————— #Los Angeles#mdk noodles#food diary
