Los Angeles restruant--Liu's Cafe

—————— 🔆Liu's Cafe 🧈 French Toast (Western Style) It's not authentic but still quite tasty. It's deep-fried and served with butter, cream, and brown sugar syrup. The presentation is decent, 🧀 Cheddar Scallion Biscuit The MVP of the meal 🥇, my favorite. It's incredibly delicious when eaten hot, with a crispy exterior and soft interior. The salty flavor of the cheese complements the rich scallion taste. I really love it. I couldn't resist finishing it off while waiting in line 😂. Highly recommended 🌟, a must-order ‼️. 🌶️🥜🍪 Sichuan Pepper Peanut Cookie I bought one out of curiosity. It's salty, sweet, and has a hint of spiciness. I didn't feel any numbing sensation, and it's not spicy at all. It's quite sweet. It's a taste I've experienced for the first time and won't seek out again. Haha, it was a miss ❌. 🍚 Braised Pork Rice, Jellyfish and Pork Ear Salad, Sesame Sauce Cold Noodles, Chiayi Chicken Rice The flavors are very light. The Chiayi Chicken Rice has almost no flavor, and even with added chili oil, it was still quite average. The Jellyfish and Pork Ear Salad also lacked flavor. The most flavorful was the Sesame Sauce Cold Noodles, which used the same chicken shreds as the Chiayi Chicken Rice. The chicken was a bit dry and not very tasty, but it's understandable given that it's a very Americanized version of the flavors. Most of the customers in the store are locals 🤔. 📍Address: 3915 1/2 W 6th St, Los Angeles, CA 90020, United States —————— #Liu's Cafe#Los Angeles#food diary
